Day Trips

Full-day adventures across Melbourne and regional Victoria. Support workers matched to your interests, transport sorted, and a whole day of doing what you love.

What are day trips?

A full day somewhere you chose.

Day trips are full-day experiences where you head out with a support worker who shares your interests and explore somewhere you picked. Melbourne's CBD, the Yarra Valley, Phillip Island, the Mornington Peninsula, or somewhere else on your list.

We handle the logistics: transport, planning, and support. You might ride rollercoasters, wander through a regional market town, or eat your way through a food precinct. The day is yours.

Every trip is built around what you want to do. There's no group itinerary you didn't choose. Your support worker knows the destination and knows you.

Who is this for?

  • People who want to explore Melbourne and Victoria with support
  • NDIS participants with Core Supports funding in their plan
  • Anyone who loves getting out but needs the right person alongside them
  • People ready for new experiences beyond their usual routine
  • Families wanting their person to have a great day out
  • People who've had bland group outings and want to choose their own day
What an experience looks like

Your day, planned around you.

We plan the day around you

You tell us what you're into and where you want to go. We build the trip around that, including transport, timing, and support needs.

Your support worker picks you up

Someone who shares your interests arrives with the plan sorted, and they want to be there too.

You explore together

You can spend an extra hour somewhere or skip something on the plan.

Lunch, snacks and pit stops are part of the day

We know the good spots, and your support worker checks you're comfortable the whole time.

You come home with stories

We drop you home with your photos and something to talk about. Then we start planning the next one.

Cost, eligibility & getting started

What a full-day trip costs.

Who it's for, and how to get your first one on the calendar.

What it costs

Pricing follows the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. The amount depends on the type of support and whether the trip falls on a weekday, evening or weekend. If you don't have a relevant plan category, you can pay fee-for-service. Cost is always confirmed with you in writing before the day trip starts.

Am I eligible?

If you're an NDIS participant wanting a full day out in Melbourne or regional Victoria with matched support, this is for you. Works for a one-off trip to somewhere on your list or an ongoing arrangement for regular days out.

Where we work

We're based in Thomastown and run day trips across Greater Melbourne, including the northern, western and eastern suburbs, plus regional Victoria destinations like the Yarra Valley, Phillip Island and the Great Ocean Road.
