Pop Culture & Gaming
Conventions, screenings, gaming nights, and fan events. Experiences built around what you love, with a support worker who gets it.
Going to the things you love, with someone who shares it.
You go to the things you love with someone who shares your enthusiasm. PAX Aus, comic conventions, movie marathons, anime screenings, tabletop nights, cosplay meetups.
Your support worker is matched to your interests. If you're into Magic: The Gathering, they know the difference between Standard and Commander. If you're a Marvel fan, they've seen the films.
These experiences can be day trips or overnight stays, depending on the event and what works for you. We handle the logistics so you can focus on having a good time.

We find out what you're into
Tell us what you love. Gaming genres, favourite franchises, what kind of events get you excited. We use this to match you with the right support worker and the right experiences.
We plan it together
Your support worker reaches out before the experience. You decide what to prioritise, which panels to hit, which stalls matter, what time works. It's your day.
Transport is sorted
We arrange pickup, drop-off, and everything in between. You don't need to worry about getting there or getting home.
You enjoy the experience
Your support worker is there with you. They know the events, they know what you're into, and they're keen to be there.
We check in afterwards
After the experience, we touch base. What worked, what you'd change, what you want to do next.

What a convention, gaming night or fan event costs.
What it costs
Pricing follows the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. The amount depends on the type of support and whether the convention, screening or gaming night falls on a weekday, evening, weekend or overnight. If you don't have a relevant plan category, you can pay fee-for-service. Either way, cost is always confirmed with you in writing before the experience starts.
Am I eligible?
If you're an NDIS participant who wants support to get to conventions, screenings, tabletop nights or cosplay events, this is for you. It covers a one-off outing to a single expo or an ongoing arrangement for regular gaming meetups.
Where we work
We're based in Thomastown and cover conventions, cinemas and gaming venues across Greater Melbourne, including the northern, western and eastern suburbs. For a bigger interstate expo or con, we can talk through what's possible.
